Our History
Calvary Fellowship began in October, 1970, as a weekly Home Bible Study in Upper Merion Township. God began to put a desire in the hearts of those assembled to begin a local church. From its foundation, the church was characterized by a strong desire to be Biblical in its teaching, preaching, and structure. Through an active visitation outreach to nearby communities, many residents placed their trust in Christ as their Savior. By 1977, as growth continued, the meetings moved from rented facilities to its current location.Calvary Fellowship continues to be an independent, Bible-believing church, serving several local communities, seeking to provide a place where people can "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." (2 Peter 3:18)
